The Doubletree by Hilton Downtown Little Rock is currently searching for the following talent:


Van Driver/Bellman (1 position): Assist incoming guests caring luggage, packages, to and from guestroom and meeting rooms; explain features of room to guest ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly; inform locations of ice and vending machines; and review safety procedures.  Use hotel vehicle to assist guests in their traveling, only for mileage specified by the property.

Room Service (1 F/T and 1 P/T position): Deliver and appealing room service meal in a timely and professional manner in accordance with Hotel/Franchise standards and Food Sanitation procedures to achieve and exceed guest expectations. 

Bartender (1 positions): Full responsibility for the control of all liquor dispensation, the registering of all liquor sales, and smooth and orderly operation of the entire bar, in accordance with all Hotel/Franchise standards to meet and exceed guest expectations.

Maintenance Engineer: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily and to work with minimal supervision.  Performs repairs listed on work orders and maintains the work orders as a record of work completed. Tracks and records repairs.  Makes repairs in a timely and professional manner.  Maintains all property maintenance records.  Performs preventative maintenance and other tasks as assigned per the maintenance manual. Performs preventative maintenance and other tasks as assigned per the maintenance manual. Performs scheduled maintenance inspections and repairs as directed in the maintenance manual.

PM Lobby/Laundry (1 position): Clean/maintain cleanliness of public areas, offices and outlets. Laundering of guest room linen and Banquet linen, ensuring cleanliness. 

Banquet Waitstaff (6 positions):  Must be familiar with banquets set-up, excellent gust service history. Able to lift 20 to 30 lb. Flexible hours

Night Houseman (3 positions):  Able to handle all meeting space and banquet set-up including vacuuming, cleaning up after events.  Able to lift 25 to 50 lbs.
